“My first experience at the Lavender Spa I was feeling extremely vulnerable and I was feeling a sense of loss in my confidence and self worth due to my skin being the worst it had ever been.
I was fortunate enough to jump on board with Janesce/Bestow which referred to me the Lavender Spa. Stephanie welcomed me in and was so lovely! It was really nice to have someone look after me and my skin when I was feeling so down.
I left feeling hopeful and relaxed within myself and the skin journey I was on.
I have been a few other times for a facial with Stephanie (I would go way more often if I could) and it is such a beautiful experience! I have been meaning to book again (I live in the Wairarapa)
but it is worth the drive!
I feel when Stephanie is doing the facial she is restoring the self love in me and I value that so much. I always leave feeling so good and glowy!

“Had the most lovely experience at Lavender about two weeks ago now! I’ve walked past the gorgeous little cottage for years now and decided an impromptu facial might be nice, especially in terms of acne and general skin care!
My specialist was Tessa and I had a really lovely time chatting with her about life and upcoming/past holidays away as well as being able to have someone with such great knowledge and who had been in the same boat regarding acne medications etc and some helpful things to try!
After my facial Tessa mentioned a few products to try out, these being the Janesce natural plant based skin care range, I went for the introductory pack which had mini bottles of the products she used on my skin and I have absolutely fallen in love! I have noticed such a change in my skin and also with my sleeping after using the Lavender soaking drops/cloth just before bed! I also decided to try the Bestow Beauty Plus Oil which doesn’t have the best taste but can be hidden quite easily in breakfast foods.
About a week after my appointment I had a follow up call from Tessa (I actually missed this call and forgot to call back, whoops) regarding how I was feeling about the products and if I needed any further insight or information, I think this is a really nice touch and makes me definitely want to go back as it genuinely makes you feel like a valued customer, rather than just having your appointment and that’s it! It was also really nice to finish up the appointment with a little chocolate and a fruit tea in the cutest tea cup set!
I would 100% recommended coming to Lavender Spa, I’m very excited for my next appointment and to hopefully try out some of the other services they offer!”
